Mike and Cat have both played music for most of their lives, but always separately until 2018. One fateful day Mike had the opportunity to meet John Randall who wrote the tune Whiskey Lullaby made famous when Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss recorded it as a duo. Cat had been heavily influenced by Alison Krauss all her life, so of course it was a favorite of hers and they decided to play around with the song just for fun and the rest is history.

They now play at breweries, pubs and other venues throughout Northern Colorado with the addition of the extraordinary talents of bass player and singer Dave Nielsen.

Mike and Cat feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to make music together and Whiskey Lullaby continues to be a favorite of theirs to perform and a crowd favorite.
